We currently collect and process members’ email addresses, postal addresses and telephone numbers

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you on your application form so that we can keep you fully informed about the fishing and events connected with your membership of the fishing.
We do not share this information with any external organisations or individuals.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting the Secretary.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep your name, address and telephone number for 12 Months. We will then dispose your information by deleting you from our records.
