We share this with Penshurst Angling Society the rivers run through the Penshurst estate. It is a beautiful location in the kent countryside.

There are many bends in the river as it winds its way through the valley.

It varies in-depth from 1 ft over rocks to 8ft in some of the pools.

It has all the usual species of fish, and all the normal baits will catch them.

Remember you are fishing in the grounds of the Penshurst Estate. You are on farmland, so keep to the Country Code.  Close all gates behind you, do not leave any litter at any time, and keep to the footpaths.  Keep close to the river; do not take short cuts across fields.  Do not interfere with livestock.

When parking on the Estate always leave a beer mat on your dashboard, this is for the gamekeeper to see that you are a ODAA club member. Please send me an email and I will let you have the combination number for the padlock.
