THE RULES
1. Membership cards must be carried when fishing.
2. Fish only from designated platforms or hardstands, no boats or dinghies are allowed except for official work parties.
3. No excavation of banks under any circumstances.
4. No damage to bankside vegetation, trees or shrubs.
5. No fish are to be removed from our club waters.
6. No match fishing is allowed.
7. Anglers are responsible for removing ALL litter from their swim however caused. Any member proved to have left litter will immediately have their card cancelled.
8. Boilies may now be used in SMALL quantities introduced by hand or catapult but Bait Boats are strictly banned!! & any Member using a Bait Boat will have their membership immediately cancelled .
9. Pike season to be from October 1st to March 14TH only and Wire Traces MUST be used for ALL Pike fishing and uptraces used for live bait.
10. No person under twelve years of age shall fish club waters unless accompanied by an adult.
11. No day tickets will be issued.
12. No fires shall be lit at any time.
13. Keep nets (minimum 8ft long) are only to be used in water of a sufficient depth (ie: 3ft minimum) Landing net size to be commensurate with Fish size (i.e. Large size for Carp & Pike etc)
14. Anglers to fish with a maximum of 3 Rods at any one time (Lake only) with relevant Env. Agency Rod Licence.
15. No Carp or Pike of any size are to be kept in keep nets.
16. No swims can be reserved by leaving tackle / other items in vacant swims and 24/7 Night fishing Bivvies are subject to a Maximum of 120 Hours per session from the same swim.
17. No illegal drugs or other substances are to be brought, consumed or used on club waters.
18. Members MUST be in possession of an Unhooking Mat or Cradle and this must be used for ALL medium & large size fish.
19. Members may purchase guest cards, but must accompany their guests on the fishery at all times and are responsible for acquainting them with the HFRPAA rules.
20. Members are expected to show due consideration towards other anglers fishing within a reasonable distance and at all times conduct themselves in a mannerthat will bring no discredit to the HFRPAA or annoyance to fellow anglers or passers by.
21. The Membership Card remains the property of the HFRPAA and any breach of the Association Rules or any activity that is proven to undermine the Financial assets, Physical assets, reputation or well being of the HFRPAA will render a member liable for expulsion at the sole discretion of the Committee.
22. HFRPAA and the committee will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to the property of the member.CORN/MEAT TINS ETC STRICTLY BANNED FROM THE SEA WATERS
