Little Rowfant – Third Lake

Brief description of fishery:

This is a lovely Lake extended, desilted, and made deeper with 12 well made pegs.

Average depth is 5-6 foot with newly planted trees around the banks, once this lakes vegetation has matured it will be stunning. A change from our other waters this lake is a Carp free zone, It has been stocked with Crucians, Tench, Skimmers, and Bigger Bream,Perch, Roach, Rudd and Gudgeon. This lake produced 15 lbs to a young Lad on his first fishing session. He was using a 6 mitre pole and although he was coached he fished with Corn and was catching regularly during a 4 hour session.

LITTLE ROWFANT LAKES
Take the B2028 north from Ardingly to Turners Hill. Go through Turners Hill and after about a mile take a left turn into Wallage Lane. After about half a mile, pass under a railway bridge and just before you get to Rowfant Business Park on the left, take a right turn on to a farm track (there is a Polo Club sign). Follow this track for about 200m and the gate to the Little Rowfant fishery is on the left. A secure car park with live CCTV FEED STRAIGHT TO COMMITTEE MEMBERS
